The more you achieve, you still don’t feel happier or more fulfilled. I’ve designed a course that will help you make the invisible barriers you’re butting up against visible, so you can overcome them and unlock your authentic self, liberating unbridled joy, success, and well-being on your own terms.

Many self-help and personal development programs teach people to “break through” their “limiting beliefs” by working against our biology—the very mechanisms that have allowed us to survive in our patriarchal society for decades upon decades. These approaches are not only ineffective, they are harmful, as they inevitably backfire. Among the casualties are women’s confidence—when these approaches fail to work, we get deeper entrenched in thinking that something’s wrong with us. They also take a toll on women’s mental and physical health. I’ve worked with a lot of high-achieving women over the years who have developed anxiety, panic attacks, adrenal fatigue, and other hormonal and immune system issues by relying on coaching and “self-improvement” tactics that pushed against their biology. You’ll recognize these approaches by misguided and harmful messages like these:

I’ve curated the most effective and fast-acting mind-body tools I could find that produce tangible results in the shortest amount of time—some in as little as a few seconds.

This course is designed for a busy woman: Most of the teachings and practices are meant for multitasking. Instead of being one more thing you gotta work into your packed schedule, this curriculum actually gives you back your time. The tools you’ll be learning have helped thousands of high-achieving women improve their focus, concentration, creativity, productivity, confidence, and decision making. Women started to feel more comfortable in their own skin, live more in their body vs their head. They have reclaimed their joy and vitality. I will teach you as much as I can in the virtual Jailbreak course—as much as the virtual format will allow. For those who want an in-person experience to take their pursuit of happiness, fulfillment, freedom, and personal power to the next level, I have created a retreat where we can safely dive into deeper layers of healing and explore mind-body practices and techniques that are most affectively and safely done in person.

Retreats are intimate events, and attendance is curated. We do our best to bring together small groups of women who we feel will be great partners in Jailbreak.
