There’s a lot of risk inherent in an entrepreneur’s path. Our survival is constantly at stake. And there’s not usually a whole lot of safety -- emotional or financial -- to give us comfort and respite on this journey. That takes a whole lot of courage.

When we elevate our path from entrepreneurship to mission-driven change leadership, to doing what Ali refers to as our iconicwork -- the risks begin to feel even more acute and visceral, while the emotional and oftentimes financial safety net thins out even more.

This is the challenge of what Gay Hendricks called The Big Leap-- from your zone of excellence into your zone of genius.

The opportunity is there, and your may be yearning for this big leap, for your legacy game.

And so are the risks -- that your subconscious, your biology is very aware of. Even more so than your conscious mind.

This is where Ali’s iconic work and mine intersect.

Hers, in the cutting edge leadership and business coaching to women who’re going for their big leap. Ali is the world’s most recognized business mentor to women whose genius extends far beyond business strategy. She initiates women into their iconic work.

Mine, in pioneering healing women’s ancestral, cultural, and personal trauma of oppression that I call Patriarchy Stress Disorder. So that we can feel safe and empowered as we take the big leap -- without it taking a toll on our health, finances, and relationships.

We had a ball playing at this intersection and hope you will too listening to our conversation.

And if you do, would you please share it? Feel free to grab an image with a quote that inspires you to share on social.
